The content of this thesis is analysis and design Planning software using agile software development methodology for small and middle size projects. I focused primary on specific work products of roles Analytic and Project manager laid down by selected methodology. Created solution can be used as project documentation for the subsequent development of application itself. The result of this thesis allow the reuse of this principles and practices to future projects of similar scope.
Comparison of Tools for Modeling and Development of Process Oriented Applications

Thesis deals with the comparison of tools for modeling, development and deployment of process-oriented applications. Three tools with a similar approach to the design and development of these applications were selected for comparison. The tools I chose are developed in companies Netgrif, Camunda and Bonitasoft. Main goal of this thesis was to separately develop an application with identical functionality and to describe the development process. Based on acquired experience, thesis summarizes strengths and weaknesses in the approach chosen compared tools. After reading this thesis, the reader should be able to get an idea of the development methods specific to each tool and to choose from compared tools, if interested in creating a process oriented application himself, the one most suitable for his needs.
The Introduction of a New Product into Production Using the Process Management

Based on the analysis there are developed proposals to improve existing activities in a company. These proposals should make process more effective and lead to the improvement of the whole process in a company.
Analysis of Business Process Diagrams

The aim of Analysis of Business Process Diagrams is to create procedure that is able to find typical patterns in business process diagrams. Besides, it is necessary to design and implement application, which will be able to find and mark selected workflow patterns. This analysis is based on XML document, in which a business process diagram is stored. Important thing is to keep the ability to extend the number of patterns, which can be find out in a diagram. Also, it is important to solve some special situations, i.e. overlapping of patterns.
Raw material planning processes

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis and design of the planning process in the company John Crane a.s. in Lutín. In the introductory theoretical part, the author describes the theoretical basis for the elaboration of a detailed analysis of the planning process, as well as for the creation of a design and implementation plan for a new solution. In the analytical part, the author describes the current situation in the company, then through multicriteria analysis compares specific planning processes and tries to reveal their weaknesses and opportunities for improvement. In the design part, the author describes the new planning process and uses the project to create a plan for its implementation in the company.
Information System Assessment and Proposal of ICT Modification

The diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the information system of the selected company operating in the energy industry sector and with the proposal of its modification to improve its current state. This modification will affect an area of contracting with external entities. An analysis of the current state is assessed with the knowledge from the theoretical part that results in systém requirements, which expands the possibilities of concluding contracts. The solution of the proposal is described in the last part together with the economical evaluation and benefits.

The master‘s thesis discusses the issue of the project Telco Servis whose focus are business activities aimed at drawing-in the Internet on cancelled fixed telephone lines. It introduces the formal aspect of project management and methods used in the pre-project phase. The work focuses on key parts of the project, such as analysis of the sales process, time analysis of specific parts of the sales process, company CRM description or project risk analysis. In the design part it deals with the estimated costs of the project and the fulfilment of the necessary conditions for its launch.

Software Support of an Order Lifecycle Management

This Master’s thesis deals with the analysis and optimization of the order lifecycle process at a company providing comprehensive ICT services. Theoretical basis for analyzing and optimizing business processes is described in the first part. The second part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of the order lifecycle process, in the context of other business processes and organizational and management structures deriving from the business strategy. A description of existing ICT resources to support the process is also included. The solution proposal of the work presents possible ways to optimize the process and its software support.
